रायपुर सरगुजा संभाग में वेतन बढ़ोतरी की मांग कर रहे तीन सौ से ज्यादा सफाई कर्मचारी रायपुर पहुंचेंगे। दांडी यात्रा कर सफाई कर्मचारी सुबह 11 बजे राजधानी पहुंचेंगे।
यह प्रदर्शन छत्तीसगढ़ अंशकालीन स्कूल सफाई कर्मचारी कल्याण संघ के बैनर तले हो रहा है।
सफाई कर्मचारियों का कहना है कि चुनाव के दौरान सरकार ने कई बड़े वादे किए। लेकिन अभी तक इन वादों को पूरा नहीं किया गया है। चुनाव के दौरान कांग्रेस ने सफाई कर्मचारियों के वेतन में बढ़ोतरी सहित पूर्णकालिन रखने का वादा किया था, जिसे अभी तक पूरा नहीं किया है।
सफाई कर्मचारी सरकार के इस रवैये से नाराज है। सरगुजा से पैदल यात्रा कर राजधानी पहुंचने के बाद सफाई कर्मचारी अपनी मांगों को लेकर आवाज बुलंद करेंगे।
